School Trade Fair

On June 1st, the Mayor of Girona inaugurated at Bell-lloc School the Fair of entrepreneurship where students presented the projects they have developed with partners from Sweden, France and Norway. This event was the closure of the Erasmus+ project that began two years ago.
In the morning, the students of 4th ESO and the invited businessmen filled the conference room where Gloria Salomó presented her experience as an entrepreneur with the creation of the well-known “Llagurt” brand. After that conference, the opening ceremony of the Fair took place. Mrs. Marta Madrenas, Mayor of Girona, emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship in education, as well as the benefits of the Erasmus + program for both schools and students.
Finally, attendees could take a walk around the stands where the students presented them their projects, while a jury of businessmen and entrepreneurs evaluated their quality. Many relatives and guests are filling the arcades of the Masia listening to the explanations
of the students

The coordinator of the Erasmus + project at Bell-lloc, Joan Taló, pointed out that “with this project students have learned to work together with colleagues from other countries, with different mentalities. Doing so, they are better prepared to get into the labour market in a context of globalization”.
